Kayak on the street

​Hurricane Harvey hit hard in the city of Houston by bringing heavy rainfall, one trillion gallons, in four days in  late August, 2017. The scene was captured in a neighborhood nearby my home. The whole community was flooded, and the road can’t be seen due to the water. A man paddled a kayak across the underwater street to get his valuable belongings from his flooded home.
