Are you a legal entity and insured?
Yes, we are a Texas registered entity and carry general and professional insurances for all events we shoot.
What's your booking process?
What's your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is fast. For large, multi-day conferences, photos are delivered within 3–5 business days. For mid-size corporate events, delivery is typically within 2 business days.
Our company needs photos quickly for social media and press releases. Do you offer a rush option?
Yes — we do offer a rush processing service. Depending on your needs, we can provide on-site editing, post-event delivery, or same-day turnaround. Please note that an additional fee applies, as this requires adjustments to our workflow to prioritize your project. Projects for press releases, a separate fee will apply as well.
We would like to buy out the photos and sign a NDA. Do you offer this option?
Yes, we do. For companies that prefer to retain full privacy and exclusive rights to their photos, we offer a buyout option with a separte fee.

- Contact us via phone or email (preferred) to share your project details and help us define the scope of work.
- Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will provide a customized quote.
- After you review and approve the quote, we’ll send you a contract or booking confirmation email for final review.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- On the photo-shoot day(s), our team will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled call time.
- The remaining 50% balance is due by the end of the event day.
- Following your event, we will edit and deliver your photos through a secure, professional online gallery.
