What kinds of clients do you serve?
We serve clients in all kinds. No matter what your color, nationality, or ethnicity is, we equally treat and fully respect every client we serve. We take pride in having served a great mixed of clients in the past. |
Do I get every photos you take? No. We only deliver satisfactory photos judged by us. Unsatisfied shots, such as people blink or mouth open during candid or group shots, will not be delivered. What's your service areas? We serve greater Houston and surrounding cities including Sugar Land, Katy, Missouri City, Richmond, Bellaire, Cypress, Pearland, Spring, Woodland, Tomble, and even Conroe. Any location within 15 miles radius, the trip charge is free. We also serves at other cities in Texas with reasonable trip charge. If I purchase the photos, do I own the copyright?
For all the photos we took, Albert Chen, retains the copyright even if you purchase a digital copy. However, in many cases, we exercise a photo release to our clients. The photo release allows you to use the photos for any purposes (like sharing to social media, reprint if the photo print right is purchased) but not for resale or to be used by a third party for commercial purpose. Do you require deposit? Is it refundable?
Yes, we require 50% of the total fee as deposit. The deposit will be stated in the contract and is non-refundable. However, we do have some flexibility on this policy for some unforeseen circumstances such as weather change, environmental or public health issues. |
