The process

At Albert Chen Photography, we offer a range of professional photography services to capture your special moments. 
  1. Step 1: Contact Us
    Contact us through our website, email, or phone to discuss your specific photography needs. We'll provide you with more information about our services and pricing. You can also view our portfolio and FAQ sections to learn more about the type of photography you're interested in. Each type of photography service has its own FAQ on the drop-down menu.
  2. Step 2: Free Consultation
    Schedule a free consultation with us to discuss the details of your shoot. We'll ask you questions to better understand your vision and provide recommendations for the shoot, such as location, wardrobe, and props. We'll also discuss pricing and provide you with a quote based on your specific needs.
  3. Step 3: Booking
    Once you're ready to book, we'll provide you with a contract that outlines the details of the shoot, including date, time, location, and pricing. We require a deposit to secure your booking. Once we receive your deposit and signed contract, your shoot date is confirmed.
  4. Step 4: Pre-Shoot Preparation
    Prior to the shoot, we'll confirm the details with you and answer any additional questions you may have. 
  5. Step 5: Shoot Day
    On the day of the shoot, we'll arrive at the location at the agreed-upon time and capture your images according to the shot list and vision we've discussed.
  6. Step 6: Post-Shoot Editing
     After the shoot, we'll edit and retouch the images to ensure they look their best.
  7. Step 7: Delivery
    Once the images are ready, we'll deliver them to you via a secure online gallery or other agreed-upon method. You'll receive web-resolution/or high resolution digital copies of the edited images based on the contract, and you'll have the option to purchase prints or other products if desired.
